"After noticing the headlight and taillight on my Trek E-bike suddenly stopped working, I took the bike into The Trek Bicycle Store. Bob took down the information and said he would have to "look at it" before knowing what the issue might be, and he would call me. I was two blocks away from the store when my phone rang. It was Bob. He asked if I could return to the store, he had figured out the problem. Upon returning, I learned holding the "+" button for 3 seconds turns the light on or off (previously it had been set to "on" anytime the computer was turned on). Somehow, I inadvertently pressed and held the "+" button while the computer was engaged, and shut off the lights.

Problem solved in record time. LOL! No harm... no foul ... and no charge! My experience was awesome! There's nothing better than great service and good people who make the process smooth and even a little fun. Robbie, Bob, and the team are real pros—they took care of me. It's always nice to have a go-to place you can trust!"
